On exercise: "It's important to break a sweat every day, and I love the way Pilates makes me feel long and lean." Ambrosio told Self Magazine.
"In Brazil, it's all about the butt. Some girls naturally have the big round one, and they aren't shy about it. Others have to work out to have it. For mine, I put five pound weights on each leg, get on all fours and kick each heel up toward the ceiling."

On exercise: "When the show is coming I go the extra mile and make sure my routines are different. I do three different routines - I'll do kickboxing, I have my personal trainer and I'll do reformer pilates.
"I do all those three alternate, work out on my own and go for a jog. Its making sure you stay active and have fun doing it and not over stressing it because that might create the anxiety. Just chill!"

On diet: "I am really bad at being on a diet. As soon as I tell myself, 'You have to eat this or that,' I am going to do the exact opposite, so I didn't tell myself anything. I just tried to say away from processed food. I feel like I have been working out so much I can eat what I want. I like to do it that way."

Devon Windsor
On exercise: "For exercise, I am doing a lot of Pilates. I am very tight and not very flexible and so it is a nice balance between stretching and doing exercises," she told ELLE US.
I also just recently got into shadowboxing and jumping rope, which is very high energy. I don't really like to run or do traditional workouts. I find them very boring. I like to mix it up. I did, like, every workout class in New York."

On diet: "I am not a huge dieter to be honest. My metabolism is very high, and I love sweets and food. I am a foodie. This might be the wrong answer, but I kind of just eat whatever I want in moderation. I don't believe in dieting.
"I don't even [prep] as intense as some girls because I am naturally so skinny that I wanted to put on weight and tone it because I am very tall, and I do high fashion so I wanted to gain weight, which is kind of the opposite of what you would think. Some of my friends, wow, they were on liquid diets. I was just like, 'That is dedication.'"

Martha Hunt
On diet: "I think I just stick to eating a well-rounded diet. I don't cut out anything; if I crave something, I eat it," Hunt told WhoWhatWear.
"But I definitely try to stick to a balanced diet always. I stick to lots of protein and veggies, and try not to eat so many carbs even though carbs are my favourite. I eat healthy things like quinoa, and I add fresh juices to my diet to get extra vitamins."
