24-year-old blogger Amber Scholl just proved that you can really turn anything into something beautiful, after purchasing a $4 LBD and transforming it into a ballgown.
Grabbing a few arts and craft supplies, Amber turned the plain dress into something fabulous by adding tulle and feathers.
She toldYahoo, “There’s no reason prom and life in general can’t be made fabulous on any budget.”
We think we might need some actual textile skill for this, but hey, we’re still super impressed and now motivated to try it out ourselves.
