Zayn Malik, the father-to-be to the most genetically blessed daughter EVER with girlfriend Gigi Hadid, has finally reacted publically to the news, and it’s ADORABLE!

While Gigi announced the news during a live interview, Zayn remained pretty quiet through it all.
Now, he’s finally made comments!
According to an Us Weekly source, he “couldn’t be more thrilled.”
The source continued, “Zayn has always been so into Gigi and she’s always been such a big part of his life. Even when there were times that they weren’t a couple, the love was still very much there.” They also add that even when Gigi and Zayn were broken up, he would “talk openly with his friends about how he was still so in love [with her]” and how he “cared so much about her…He was very hopeful that they would get back together.”
The source also FINALLY confirmed that Gigi and Zayn are “solid” now, which is good to hear since they’re about to be parents!
The 25-year-old model announced the happy news while chatting to Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show, revealing they’ve been celebrating with their loved ones all week while bunkering down at her family’s farm.
“Obviously we wish we could have announced it on our own terms, but we’re very excited and happy and grateful for everyone’s well wishes and support,” the former Victoria’s Secret Angel told the television host.
“Especially during this time, it’s a nice silver lining to be able to be home and together and really experience it day by day,” she added.
Gigi’s interview came less than 24 hours after her mother Yolanda Hadid opened up about becoming a grandmother.
“I’m excited to become a Oma in September especially after I lost my mom so recently. But this is the beauty of life: One soul leaves us and a new one comes in. We feel very blessed,” she told Dutch media outlet, RTL Boulevard.
