The victim reportedly "had marks on his body".

The 100 actress Marie Avgeropoulos was arrested a month ago for allegedly physically attacking her boyfriend during an argument.

Authorities claim that upon arrival, the victim “had marks on his body,” so Marie was taken to jail.

Marie’s boyfriend was reportedly shocked that cops arrested her and simply thought they would “diffuse the situation” upon arrival, not take her to jail. He apparently “begged cops not to take her away” and posted the $50,000 bond so she could be released after her initial arrest. He apparently did not want to press charges initially, but clearly that philosophy changed at some point within the last month.

TMZ is now reporting hat Marie has been charged with felony domestic violence.

A source close to Marie has told TMZ she was on a new medication and had wine at dinner on the night of the incident, which “resulted in a bad reaction,” causing her violent outburst.

Marie hasn’t been active on social media since the altercation.
