Sorry for anyone waiting to hear the story of how Selena Gomez and The Weeknd met, or what their first date was… Selly has declared she will NEVER talk about her past (and present) relationships again! She actually has a really good reason for it though…

Rob Haskell, who interviewed Selena for her Vogue cover story, says she put a stop to any questions about her love life right away when he asked about The Weeknd. “She tells me that everything she has said about her relationships in the past has come back to bite her, and that she will never do it again.”
She’s not wrong… just look at what happened when her and Justin Bieber had that public Instagram war and she told him he didn’t respect his fans, before later apologising!
Selly did say it’s about finding a balance though, and she wants to be open with fans (just not in the area of romance): “I’ve been very vulnerable with my fans, and sometimes I say things I shouldn’t. But I have to be honest with them. I feel that’s a huge part of why I’m where I am.”
Well we support you no matter what Selena! But if you did want to talk about Abel, we’re hear to listen 😉
