In 2012, Sarah Hyland underwent a kidney transplant after struggling with kidney dysplasia since birth.
She’s been incredibly open about it to her fans ever since, and now, she’s coming to them for help.
Posting on Instagram, she has explained how she has suffered from hair loss ever since the transplant.
“Help, help, help. What hair-care products are out there for thinning hair? This 27-year-old would like to know,” she wrote. “I know it seems like I don’t, but I do. Some of my medications have been making my hair fall out.”
She confessed to trying a bunch of different hair solutions, however she can’t take common hair supplements because of the medication she is on.
After her fans came through with the goods, she settled on a DIY hair mask made up of things you can find in your pantry. “I think I’m gonna try more of the like, castor and coconut oil and avocado mix, maybe I’ll put some vitamin E in there. I don’t know,” she wrote.
