If there’s one thing we know to be true, it’s that Twitter is a really scary place sometimes.
While Facebook belongs to old people who share photos of their dogs, and Instagram is purely to make everyone jealous of your fake life… Twitter is where you will find angry people yelling into the abyss.
That, and people can be absolutely horrible to each other… as a JOKE.
Unfortunately for Millie Bobby Brown, she’s become the butt of a Twitter joke that has been pretty long-running, and she’s now had enough of it.
In 2017, people started making up fake stories about Millie Bobby Brown and sharing them with the hashtag #TakeDownMillieBobbyBrown.
Now, because it is pride month, the joke has been picked up again.
But Millie isn’t laughing. In stead, she has deactivated her account.
It’s probably a good time to remind people that she is 13, and seeing this stuff online would be pretty ruthless.
