Melania Trump has been hospitalised because of a “benign kidney condition.”

The White House put out a statement that she has received an “embolisation procedure”.

WTH is that, you ask? Well, according to this health website our friends at Babe.net found, it is a procedure that is not hugely invasive, using a catheter to block blood flow to an area of the body, in order to treat tumours, aneurysms and other conditions. A press release from the Office of the First Lady states that she will be resting post-surgery until the end of the week.
