Matty J and Laura Byrne have shared the exciting news with their fans that they’re expecting a baby!
“WE ARE HAVING A BABY!!!” Laura captioned a pic of her and Matty. “Old mate @matthewdavidjohnson and I are beyond excited to finally be able to share that I’m cooking an orange-sized baby Johnson-Byrne. Happy doesn’t even come close.”
However, fellow Bachie alum’s Megan Marx and Jake Ellis have thrown some shade their way by mocking their post.
Not long after the major reveal, Megan posted a snap of herself Jake eating brunch with the caption, “I am proud to announce that @jakeellis86 and I will be expecting to deliver two very big sh*ts this afternoon after an amazing Saturday morning breakfast 😂 We will be updating our fans along the way! Thank you for all your support. (I love that everyone is getting married and having babies though!” she wrote.
Wow.
While Megan was most-likely aiming for humour, the couple has been copping it from people for being attention seekers.
“Trying to get attention after Laura and Matty J’s announcement. #sad,” one user wrote, while another added, “Lol sounds like you just need to put something up cause everyone else has great news and you don’t! grow up! no one cares!”
“I’m all for the toilet humour but keep it between you two. We don’t need to know when you sh*t and what it looks like,” another person wrote.

Megan and Jake began dating during Bachelor In Paradise season one, before breaking up in August. However, the pair rekindled their relationship and seem to be going strong. However, not as strong as Matty J and Laura, which is probably why she’s so upset.
