While Michael Goonan’s ‘cheating scandal’ has been the talk of Married At First Sight on the show, there has been a huge buzz about Stacey doing the dirty on Michael off the show.

However, Sunday night’s girls’ night episode all but confirmed that Stacey has cheated on Michael when returning bride Vanessa Romito said it to the camera.
“She’s got a much bigger secret she’s keeping from her husband,” Vanessa said in a piece to the camera after the explosive night.
The producers asked her: “Like what?”
“That’s she’s hooked up with someone else,” Vanessa replied.
WOW.
Since that has aired, Micheal has publically commented on the situation, despite not being in a relationship with Stacey anymore.
“I don’t know, I’m not going to speculate anything but imagine if that was true,” he said while chatting to Nova 100’s Chrissie, Sam & Browny.
“Imagine a guy that’s literally getting been torn apart every single week for a kissing allegation, changing this whole life, running around and jumping over hoops for this girl, just image… I’ve changed everything, I’ve literally become a saint you know.”
Mikey Pembroke has actually admitted on multiple occasions that he and Stacey slept together, however Stacey has vehemently denied the rumours since day dot.
“I can confirm we did have sex, but it was clearly after Natasha and I had agreed with producers that our relationship was over, and Natasha knew we weren’t together,” Mikey told News.com.au, refusing to spill further details about his affair with the mum-of-two. “I actually didn’t want this (story) out as it’s not the best way to end my time on the show, but it did happen.”
Stacy denied:
“Mikey looks like my son, there’s no way,” Stacey said while appearing on KIIS FM’s The Kyle And Jackie O Show. “He is not my type. What happened was I was in Adelaide when he hooked up with Hayley and no one told me what was going on and I was all alone.”
“I understand where the rumours came from. We did share coffee and we did hang out,” she said, adding, “I swear that Mikey and I have never shared any sexual intimacy,” she also told New Idea.
We guess we’ll just have to see how it all unfolds on TV!
