While they’re both only 15 years old, Maddie Ziegler and Jack Kelly had been dating for 1.5 years, and seemed quite happy together.
Not only that, but they had a HUGE following as a couple.
Now, however, the pair have decided to part ways…
According to Confidential, the teens are actually just “taking a break” from each other.
“They still talk and there has not been a defining reason behind it, just that it’s becoming more difficult to maintain the relationship between the distance and both their schedules,” the source explains. “They have not made an announcement because I don’t think they know what will happen and could just as easily resume come the summer.”
The dancer and Instagram star began dating in January 2017 and although they lived across the world from one another (Jack lives here in Australia and Maddie in Los Angeles), they have made it work for quite a while.
Maddie hasn’t made any comments about the split, but she has unfollowed Jack on Instagram. As for Jack, he updated his Instagram bio as “Good riddance.”
