The LA County Coroner’s Office has finally released the official toxicology report after Mac Miller’s tragic death.
The report revealed that Mac, real name Malcolm, had fentanyl, cocaine and alcohol in his system at the time of this death.
TMZ has noted that the official cause of death on the report was listed as “mixed drug toxicity.”
Malcolm passed away at age 26 in September, after an apparent overdose.
