The show which airs on HBO (Foxtel SHOWCASE for us Aussie folks) aired a very explicit scene during its third episode of the “Two of Us” singer with former One Direction bandmate Harry Styles.

In the episode of Euphoria, fan-fiction writer Kat Hernandez who is played by Barbie Ferreira puts together a story about ‘Larry Stylinson’,  a fictional name for her same-sex couple version of Louis and Harry.

Soon after the series cuts to an animated scene of the fictional characters. Harry and Louis then engage in an intimate before a concert in the fan fiction scene to help ease Louis’s nerves in which Harry performs oral sex on him.

Tomlinson, however, responded on social media and revealed HBO did not contact him before the Larry scene went to air.

The 27-year-old English singer responded to a One Direction fan ‘s tweet who questioned him over the moment to which he exclaimed: “I can categorically say that I was not contacted nor did I approve it.”

Ferreira, who plays Kat on the show, however, defended the scene previously.

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter the actress shared “When I first read the script, that was the first thing that popped out to me because I can relate to that as a 22-year-old woman who lived through the One Direction age. It’s such a reality for so many people, and so many children and teens that are fans just have this escapist world.”

Harry Styles is yet to make a comment on the scene.

HBO‘s Euphoria airs every Monday on FOXTEL Showcase.
