Louis Tomlinson, father of little Freddie and One Direction singer, has been arrested at LAX airport after a fight with paparazzi.
It seems a photographer got way too close to Louis and his girlfriend as they were leaving the terminal so Louis chased him down and threatened him before a fight broke out, resulting in Louis “pulling the photographer to the floor”.
TMZ alleges it was Louis that started the altercation and “he allegedly pulled the photographer to the floor by his legs. The photographer fell backwards and struck his back and head on the floor.”
Apparently that’s not all though! A witness says: “A female witness started recording Louis’ GF as she tried to leave. The two women allegedly then got into a physical altercation.”

He has been taken into custody and was later released on a $20,000 US bond, with a court date set March 29.
Louis, who recently launched his solo career, lost his mother Johannah Deakin at the end of last year and has also reportedly broken up with his girlfriend Danielle Campbell recently (before reuniting with ex Eleanor Calder), so we think it’s understandable that he’s probably going through some stuff. Although violence is NEVER the answer.

Louis’ lawyer Martin Singer has made a public statement to PEOPLE saying the 1D singer was being harassed and attempting to protect Eleanor: “The paparazzi provoked and caused an altercation that occurred with Louis at the airport this morning. This is not the first or last time that a paparazzi has created an altercation with a celebrity. While the altercation was going on with the paparazzi, three other individuals were attacking his girlfriend during the incident and he came to her defence.”
