For a while now, fans of Lil Xan have accused his girlfriend Annie Smith of faking her pregnancy. After finding her ultrasound images on Google, suspicions were heightened when she then announced a miscarriage.
Now, it seems like her own partner doesn’t believe her either, and he’s totally throwing her under the bus.

In an interview with No Jumper, Lil Xan admits he is 50/50 on whether she was ever pregnant.
“It pisses me off, though, because if I’m right, you know what I mean, people are like, ‘Lil Xan faked his pregnancy.’ When I literally was just like with everyone else here, thinking that I had a baby on the way.”
In the interview, he explained that one of the things that made him so suspicious was that when he asked Annie to go get paperwork from the hospital that proved she suffered a miscarriage, however, she came back and said, “Oh, I have to do this process and sh*t.”
He also explained how he did see positive pregnancy tests, but never saw her actually pee on it, and he later researched that you can actually fake those too.
Yikes.
When asked if he and Annie are still together, Lil Xan admitted that “it’s complicated.”
