Liam Payne and Cheryl shocked the world when they came out as a couple, but it was quickly accepted. They seemed so in love.
So much so that they created a damn baby.
However, now that they’ve skipped everything in between dating and starting a family, they’re not looking on moving backwards to get married.
Liam opened up to SiriusXM’s The Morning Mash Up and revealed how marriage isn’t really on the cards.
“I don’t feel like I need to go to that step to feel any differently about how I do about my relationship,” Liam said. “I feel like we’re in a very comfortable place right now and, like, having my son means more than anything to me in the world. So you know, it’s not really like we need to take that next step. We might do it in the long-term, but it’s not, like, a big deal.”
UGH, just get married already. We know you’re happy and in love but we need to a). see Cheryl in a gorgeous wedding gown and b). HAVE THE 1D BOYS REUNITE AT A WEDDING.
