Liam Payne is used to headlines coming out about him and his love life. More specifically, he is forever being romantically linked to women he is merely standing next to.
And he’s had enough.
The Daily Mail recently posted a photo of Liam hanging out with a female member of his team, of course headlining it as his newest GF.
In response, Liam clapped back at the publication and demanded they show more respect to females.
“My team is full of talented, smart, professional women. I find it wrong that they are reduced to being linked to me romantically in the press just for simply standing next to me. Isn’t it time we treat women with a bit more respect?” He tweeted.
He then retweeted himself, continuing to say, “So far the press have done this with every female member of my staff it’s demeaning some are in relationships and it complicates there work environment when they do this to them … I think it stops here.”
People were absolutely living for his clap back.
