The world was a little ‘eh’ when Kylie Jenner announced that her daughter’s name was Stormi. We gained a litttttle hope when we thought it would be ‘Stormi Scott’ (named after her father – Travis Scott – who is actually the read dad lmao). However, those dreams were also crushed when we found out his actual last name is Webster.
So, Stormi Webster was born.
And although it was different, it’s grown on us.
HOWEVER, momager Kris Jenner reportedly hates the name, and it’s for a pretty hilarious reason.
According to Radar Online, Kris is annoyed that Stormi shares the name with pornstar Stormy Daniels, who has been making HUGE headlines this week for revealing what went down during the night she spend with president Donald Trump.
“Kris Jenner thought the name ‘Stormi’ was cute for Kylie’s baby back in February, when she was born, but now she hates it!” the source revealed.
She’s reportedly “sick of seeing the name Stormy” in headlines.
“She’s horrified and is hoping the scandal will go away so their Stormi can reclaim the name,” added the source. “Baby names are money to them, and this name was just bad timing, let’s face it.”
Yikes. Way harsh mumma K.
“Names are a huge thing in the Kardashian-Jenner family,” the source continued. “They wait weeks to release the names of their babies so they can run to the copyright office and protect it for future licensing deals.
“It’s really kind of funny that another ‘Stormy’ came along and made it the most famous porn star name in the world,” they said.
