Khloé Kardashian has reportedly been hit with a HUGE lawsuit by paparazzi agency Xposure Photos for copyright infringement.
According to Perez Hilton, they’re suing the reality star for $150k after she posted a photo of herself on Instagram without permission AND without crediting the agency.
Apparently the pic shows KoKo visiting a restaurant in Miami with Kourtney Kardashian back in September 2016 and we obviously can’t show it here but it looks like she hasn’t taken it down yet.
Xposure also said in a statement that they could have profited more from the snap if Khloé hadn’t posted it on Insta:
“Kardashian’s Instagram post made the photograph immediately available to her nearly 67 million followers and others, consumers of entertainment news — and especially news and images of Kardashian herself, as evidenced by their status as followers of Kardashian —who would otherwise be interested in viewing licensed versions of the photograph in the magazines and newspapers that are plaintiff’s customers.”
For those of you that follow the Kardashians on their socials, you’ll know that they post uncredited pap shots of themselves ALL the time. But they might have to think twice about it now…
