Earlier this month, Kendall Jenner created a #finsta account that riled a lot of people up.
Labelled @pizzaboys, Kendall got completely called out by fans of the original IG, @pizzaboyzzz, for yet again copying someone’s popular idea and taking the credit.
The company and superfans went off.
But they’re not letting her get away with it… Kendall just revealed that the account will support her new radio show, Pizza Boys Radio which has already released ‘Episode 1’.
Robert Karageuzian who is the owner of Pizza Boyzzz is suing Kendall for trademark infringement.
Last week, he sent Kendall a cease-and-desist letter asking that they halt all brand promotion and merch sales with the Pizza Boys name.
“The Pizzaboyzzz community won’t sit by as Jenner tries to usurp the brand they have developed around the Pizzaboyzzz trademark,” Sam P. Israel, lawyer for Pizzaboyzzz said.
