The Kissing Booth 2 was announced allllll the way back in February, but since then there has been uncertainty about whether or not Jacob Elordi will return as Noah Flynn, as he and co-star Joey King are no longer dating IRL.

Now, it’s been confirmed that he will be returning… but fans are worried that he is being held there against his will.
In the announcement video, Jacob doesn’t seem like he’s very enthusiastic to be there.
It’s not hard to imagine why Jacob is feeling uncomfortable. He is playing the love interest of his ex-girlfriend, who is now in a new, happy relationship (sob).
While rumours of Jacob Elordi dating Zendaya have started surfacing online, the Australian actor hasn’t been romantically linked to anybody since he and Joey were together during The Kissing Booth.
Fans were freaking out on Twitter.
We hope this awkwardness doesn’t come through in the sequel!
