Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin have finally admitted that they’re married, so it’s nearly time to stop calling Hailey by her maiden name!
Yep, that’s right. Hailey will soon be going by Hailey Bieber, reports The Blast.
Hailey trademarked the name Hailey Bieber for a potential clothing line, according to documents obtained by the site.
It’s a surprising move since not all celebrities take on their spouse’s last name! Especially if they have a very famous last name like Baldwin!
But it totally suits her.
Hailey and Justin got married in a courthouse last month, and while they will still hold a huge ceremony, it’s now been revealed that the courthouse marriage was Hailey’s idea.
“The city hall marriage was her idea,” a source told People.
“It was ‘you and me against the world’… Let’s show [everyone] we’re serious and it’s not just some crazy fling.”
“Hailey is a very bright girl. She’s not just blindly adoring Justin and doing whatever he wants,” said the source. “She’s wanted to be with Justin for a very long time.”
