Nicola recently shared two super cute artsy pics on the Gram and she seems to be sporting one helluva hickey.
And hey, why not?! The girl’s in love damn it!
But unfortunately some fans weren’t feeling it and they did NOT hold back in the comments:

Harsh much?! Others even had a problem with the fact that she’s holding a cigarette in one of the snaps and they sound genuinely concerned.

Well, at least now she knows some fans really care about her. Others clearly just need to stop being so mean!
