Although in the issue, he gets candid about growing up in the spotlight, and how it had some negative effects on him.

“I don’t have to deal with anxiety as much as I used to. It’s the scariest thing, but you have to look it right in the eye and understand it’s not going anywhere.

“Once I found a confidence in myself and how I interacted with the world around me, all of a sudden, people weren’t criticising me the way they used to when I was consistently thinking about it.”

As you all know, Cole and his brother Dylan were actors from a very young age, catching their big break in The Suite Life of Zack and Cody on Disney Channel.

Growing up in that environment can obviously leave that kind of mark on somebody, but thankfully for Cole, he is getting past it.

Rumoured girlfriend and Riverdale co-star has even opened up about how Cole is a “calming presence” for them on set, because he has been through it all before.

“He really brings us down to earth if we’re feeling like something we’ve said is being taken out of context,” Lili said to Ocean Drive

“He’s always the one to be like, ‘Just ignore it. It will blow over.’ It’s a nice, calming energy he has because you know that he’s been through it.”
