Chloe celebrated her birthday with her boyfie and best friend, and they all seemed enthralled by the epic birthday cake.

Chloe even fed dear Brooklyn a piece with her hand, which is both adorable and gross.
“Last night I had the most wonderful time celebrating my 21st birthday with the most special beautiful humans,” she wrote in a post. “Thank you so much @beautyessexla for putting it all together and making my 21st birthday dreams come true.”
