Bella Thorne admits she was slut-shamed and nearly fired by Disney at 14 for wearing a bikini

Bella Thorne is continuously criticised for the way she presents herself on social media, mainly because her big break was a child Disney star, whom often have a certain image to stick to.

Love her or hate her, she is who she is and she’s unapologetic for that.

However since leaving Disney, Bella has been pretty candid about her experience working for the company. She once admitted that she had to put on a fake voice to sound girlier.

Now, she’s admitting that she was nearly fired, and completely slut-shamed, because she was photographed wearing a bikini.

Talking to Tom Ward in an interview, she revealed, “They said, ‘You’re lucky that Bella has such a fanbase that we can’t afford to fire her at this point in time, but if she does one more thing, we will.'”
