Your girl Bella Hadid has shared her wizardry on how to fall asleep without fail, and it’s so simple and smart we’re wondering why we didn’t think of it sooner! 

The younger sis of Gigi Hadid reckons the trick to a quick drop off into slumber land is all about music…

“I recently started listening to meditation music which makes me have a deeper sleep, even if I just have four hours,” she said in an interview with Teen Vogue

Dem #blessed genetics though. She says her go-to soundtrack is the 50 Best Meditation Songs Collection (available on iTunes).

“I’m usually out by the fourth song,” she says.

Erm, why did we not think of this earlier? Bella also gave a shout out to her idol, Riri, in the interview.
“Rihanna is my beauty icon – she’s just so dope. If you look at her, it’s like nothing can break her. But it’s more than just her looks: I’ll ask her for advice about things and she’ll have the answers for them. She’s the kind of person that you think, ‘Oh, she’s not real,’ but she’s kind, giving, generous, and so smart, too,” she said.
