We’ve done the hard yards, (well more like pudgy yards atm) and tried the top chocolatiers around the world. Here’s our pick!

If the Swiss know one thing, it’s their chocolate! It was a bit harder to narrow this one down, but Confiserie Teuscheris the ultimate! It’s been running since 19th century and today the masters still follow the same traditional recipes with the best ingredients. What to order? Champagne Truffle made with exquisite Dom Perignon champagne, smooth butter cream and a rich dark cream ganache.

3) Paris, France  – La Maison du Chocolat

Parisians are all about the arts and food. At La Maison they combine these two carefully, turning a delicious snack into an artform! La Maison du Chocolat offers macaroons, rich praline for all those with exquisite taste buds.

4) New South Wales, Australia – Zokoko

Coming in at lucky last is the Aussies! While it’s not too Fancy, (Soz Iggy) we can’t go past an old-school Chocolate Crackle – and Zokoko do one like no other. But if you feel like “adulating” Zokoko will do the job. Particularly their rich choccie bars made from heirloom cacao!
