Zayn Malik is heartbroken, spread the word.
So heartbroken, that he is scrapping most of his new music because it’s all about his ex, Gigi Hadid.
Between getting tattoo’s of all his exes and even putting one in his most successful song, you’d think Zayno would have learnt by now… but nope.
For weeks, Zayn has been teasing his fans with new music, something they’ve been gagging for (for what seems like ages now).
He was even working on new music videos.
But now, the Daily Star has confirmed that he wants to ditch about half of the songs he has recorded because they’re about le Gíg.
We guess it doesn’t help that she’s like, already got a new boyfriend lmao.
A source explains, “Zayn has been hard at work on this album for about 18 months. During most of that time he was completely head over heels in love with Gigi so that’s what he wrote about. There’s lots of songs about their love, passion and sensuality. But some of the songs are more painful to him than loving now. Even though the breakup is being touted as a mutual decision he is heartbroken and wants to use that as inspiration. He’s an incredibly deep character and wants to write new music about the split to help him process his feelings.”
Ouch.
While there was no actual release date for his new music, we suspect it’s going to be incredibly delayed now.
Sort it out please, our ear holes need some Zayn.
