The legend of Zigi didn’t quietly disappear into the night like Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid would have wanted. Nup, it went out with an explosion of drama and we’re all still reeling, tbh.
First, the former 1D singer unfollowed his ex bae and her mama on Instagram. Then, Gigi’s sister Bella Hadid chimed in on the matter by sharing a photo where she poses on a comfy looking couch by her phone and captioned it: “I’ll be right here.”
Then Gigi’s mother Yolanda made a post about the dramatic split and so did Zayn’s sis.
And in the midst of all the shade being thrown, Zayn decided to take some time out of his day to post a bunch of ~solemn~ selfies on Instagram to let peeps know that he’s still alive, just very, very sad.
Erm, is it just me or do they look like the photos you *accidentally* take when you open your camera and it’s on reverse?
Zayn’s bizarre Insta-frenzy quickly went from weird to weirder as he posted a bunch of pap pics and if I’m totally honest, when I first jumped onto his Insta, I thought I’d stumbled upon a fan account by mistake.

Fans are understandably shook by Zayn’s Insta activity following his split from Gigi and they’ve expressed their concern in the comments.
“That look of deep melancholy. ..so sad,” writes one user.
“Are you okay, boi?” Asked another.
A third concerned fan simply wrote: “Stay strong Zayn.”
Gigi, check on yo ex-bae. He’s having problems…
