Okay so we’ve all been seeing the signs these past couple months, but YouTuber Colleen Ballinger (AKA Miranda Sings) and Erik Stocklin have FINALLY made their relationship public.
Colleen and Erik met on the set of Netflix’s Original Series, Haters Back Off. Colleen played her YouTube character, Miranda Sings, and Erik played Patrick, Miranda’s BFF who was hiding his huge crush on her.
The two really hit it off and became besties in real life, and have now announced that they are indeed together.
“It really was just a friendship story that turned into more,” Colleen said. “And we’re very much in love and very much the happiest people ever.”
We’ve seen the hints these past couple months, but the two have made it very much public in the past few days, posting cute pics of them looking super lovey dovey.
Just take this pic, for instance. Both of them look so snug in their matching outfits, wind blowing their hair and staring into each others’ eyes. It’s honestly just a cuteness overload.
Why did they take so long to come public? Colleen has said in latest YouTube vid, “He is not an Internet person. He’s not a YouTuber. He’s not a social media star. And he’s really terrified of the Internet. […] But I can’t hide it anymore.”
And fair enough. When you got a relationship this cute, we want to see all of it!
