Sarah Hyland has never shied away from showing off her battle scars, and for that, we love her.
Recently, Sarah playfully showed off her Ellen DeGeneres underwear she got from the show on Instagram.
In doing so, you can see the scars she obtained from her kidney surgeries.
“Hey @theellenshow I know you’re besties with Jen but does she wear your underwear outside of her jeans like me? #showyourscars,” she wrote.
Sarah has been very open with her fans about her struggles with kidney dysplasia.
The condition was caused because her kidneys did not properly develop in the womb, giving her cysts.
What a strong woman!
