Whether you love him or not, we can all agree that Zayn didn’t handle his breakup with Perrie Edwards very well. Not only did her reportedly cheat on her but he ended their four-year relationship with a text, which Pez herself confirmed.
So how do you think she feels about her new man, Arsenal football player Alex Oxlaide-Chamberlain, being a fan of his music?!
Yup, in an interview with The Daily Star, Alex was asked what music he’s into and he dropped *this* bombshell: “I’d be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy a bit of One Direction every now and then.”
“They’ve had a few good songs that I can’t resist singing along to. They’ve smashed the scene.”
Um, awkward much?!
He didn’t exactly say he loves Zayn’s tunes, but considering he was part of 1D for most of their career (and the songs he’s probably talking about are their biggest hits that Zayn was part of), not exactly a great answer.
You might remember Alex admitted a little while ago that he was worried Pez might write a song about him.
“I better watch out! I don’t want her to become an ex and sing about me,” he said. “Probably something about Arsenal being rubbish. I better look after her.”
Well, if he’s not careful, he might be the inspo behind the new ‘Shout Out To My Ex’.
