Nikki Reed has often copped a lot of flack for dating Ian Somerhalder, as Vampire Diaries stans couldn’t handle seeing him move on from Nina Dobrev.
However that’s so old news for the two girls.
While it could have been awkward for Nina to see her ex and Nikki Reed together at the Golden Globes yesterday, they instead posed for a glamorous selfie together, and we’re living for it.
“Girl time,” Lea Michele captioned the pic.
It’s not the first time that the girls have silenced haters trying to cause a feud between them. In February last year, the girls posted selfies together after meeting up to squash the rumours.
“For the last few years we thought addressing any baseless rumors with silence was the best way… [but] I now see that silence was taken as an opportunity to fill in the blanks with even more falsities, and juicer stories,” Nikki wrote in a caption back then.

And how goes it for Ian? Well, he was busy during the Globes holding his wife’s breast pump in a takeaway container.
