Max Brenner has been rescued by investment office Tozer & Co. The company is operated by David and Craig Tozer, who made a deal to acquire the license for Max Brenner’s business last night.
David Tozer has said that his office were delighted to have the opportunity to acquire Max Brenner in Australia.
“In conjunction with the franchisor, we are excited by the prospect of investing, growing and developing a highly successful business,” he said. “The brand has a rich history across the world and also within Australia.”
We can all rest easy now, and full of chocolate.
