One couple we never thought we’d see in the same room together again was Married At First Sight stars Jessika Power and Dan Webb.
EXCLUSIVE: Jessika Power and Dan Webb defend Sam Ball as Lizzie returns to MAFS
After their controversial decision to cheat with one another last season and essentially couple swap, the pair ended after having the most awkward fight on LIVE TELEVISION.
But they have put all that behind them now and are quite amicable. So amicable that they got together on a Wednesday night to discuss the newest season of MAFS, during the dinner party.
This episode was extra important because Elizabeth Sobinoff and her new partner Sebastian Guilhas joined the rest of the cast, and BOY did Jess and Dan have a lot to say about it.
The former couple filmed themselves for an exclusive video with New Idea, where Dan decided to take Elizabeth’s ex-husband Sam Ball’s side as he’s DESTROYED in the newest episodes.
“I think Lizzie got ripped the first time around, poor Sam [Ball]. Ge was made out to be a bad dude. He is a good dude. They weren’t a good pairing. The experts made a f**** deal of it. They’re not each other’s types.”
Sam Ball, being the same man who fat-shamed Lizzie and cheated on her with Ines Basic. Not so dissimilar to Dan Webb cheating on his MAFS bride Tamara Joy with Jessika.
Sam Ball, who has been MIA from all social media for months now, decided to rejoin the land of the living the DAY before Lizzie’s wedding aired on TV.
Seems coincidental, hey?
Letting fans ask him questions upon his return, it quickly turned to MAFS and Lizzie giving the show another chance at love.
“Good on her if that’s what she wants to do to find love. Everyone that’s been in the experiment [before] knows how set up [it is], and what goes on behind the scenes. I wouldn’t do it again,” he said.
“Would I meet up with Lizzie and hang out? No, I wouldn’t. I don’t think we share the same interests. There are things that happened that were in her control after the show that she didn’t have to do or comment on, which she did.”
