MAFS fans shocked at KC’s bizarre accent in video

While we were all aware KC Osborne from Married At First Sight had spent the last few years in LA, she didn’t at all have an American accent while on the show.

However, in this old video on her Instagram, she went full US-twang while teaching a young group of kids dance lessons.

The clip is from 2019, when the 31-year-old performer was teaching in Sydney in the months leading up to MAFS.

Viewers were left baffled by the accent, after noticing she didn’t have it while she was on MAFS.

“Did you have an American accent??? Didn’t notice on the show,” one fan commented. Another wrote: “I didn’t know you had an American accent?” 

Others suggested it was something called a ‘hybrid accent’, stating: “You have a combination of American and Aussie accent.”

“My REAL life outside of #mafs,” she wrote as the caption.

KC spent a lot of her life living in Los Angeles, so we’re not that surprised that she had a lingering accent when she got back. We’re just wondering why she came back when she hung out with people like CODY SIMPSON:

But we’re sure it was all worth it since she’s now found TRUE love! With Michael Goonan!

The pair revealed their news to New Idea this week, revealing g that they are now living together as well.

“It’s love,” said Michael. “We have one hell of a journey ahead of us  everything is on the table. Wmoved in together last week.”

They also have big plans on starting their own family, now that KC has met Michael’s son Connor.

“One hundred percent,” Michael revealed. “I think KC would be the best mum. A little dancing pop star! We are excited to start the next chapter.”
