It’s not news that Selena Gomez‘s mum Mandy Teefey f*ing hates dislikes Justin Bieber. In fact, it caused a major rift between the mother and daughter when #Jelena started dating again.
Mandy has always made it clear that she didn’t want her daughter with Justin, and it got so bad at one point that she was hospitalised over it.
While they have reconciled since then, Mandy is still telling the media that there are problems with her and Selena, all because of her relationship with Justin.
E! News recently ran into Mandy while at the Alliance for Children Rights 26th Annual Dinner last week, and they asked her about her daughter’s break up.
“You would know before I did. We don’t talk about it.”
Yikes.
It was recently reported by Us Weekly that the whole reason why Selena and Justin broke up was because of Selena’s family disapproving.
“Selena and Justin decided to take a break mainly because of Selena’s mom and her disapproval of Justin. Justin’s family loves Selena, but Selena’s family has put her in a very conflicting spot because they still don’t trust Justin. Selena has tried to convince her family that Justin has changed… but her family just isn’t budging right now.”
What a mess.
