Kylie Jenner has backed out of the lawsuit filed by her and her bro Rob Karadashian against Blac Chyna in 2017, an insider revealed to Us Weekly.
Rob and Chyna were living in Kylie’s home at the time, and she is being sued for battery, assault and vandalism.
The siblings revealed in a complaint filed that they “endured several months of injuries” after Chyna’s “deliberate attempt to extort the Kardashian family for her own monetary gains.”
Rob “was able to escape her grasp, however he suffered injuries to his neck” while Chyna “chased after Rob and repeatedly struck him in the head and face,” according to court documents.
After the fight, Rob also claimed that Chyna damaged a television, broke down a door, damaged the walls and destroyed cell phones in the house. Kylie claimed the damages to her house were about $100,000.
Now, Kylie has revoked her involvement in the lawsuit, leaving it to her big brother.
