Katy Perry and Taylor Swift may be “mortal enemies”, but when the United States is in the political mess they’re in RN, it’s nice to see that they can put their pop-drama to the side and support each other.
As you may be aware, Taylor has FINALLY opened up to the public about her political stance, and Donald Trump was NOT happy about it.
In fact, former Swifties who are Republicans started filming themselves burning all of her merch, but Taylor doesn’t care, she’s on a political mission.
So no matter how much Katy might dislike Taylor, she is SO here for her new stance.
According to Us Weekly, Katy told reporters that she liked the pic “because she’s setting such a great example.” Too true!
Taylor has had such a huge effect on voters too, with registration rising beyond belief after her first initial post.
“We are up to 65,000 registrations in a single 24-hour period since T. Swift’s post,” Kamari Guthrie, Vote.org’s director of communications, told BuzzFeed News.
