Ever since The Kissing Booth aired, Jacob Elordi and Joey King were THE fictional couple of our dreams… (until To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before came out).
The difference was that Jacob and Joey were dating IRL, making the fairy tale all that much more enjoyable.
However, since then there have been a lot of rumours that the couple has called it quits, devastating fans everywhere.
While neither has spoken out about the rumours, Joey has finally broken her silence.
During the 2019 Kids’ Choice Awards, Joey won the award for “Favorite Movie Actress”, she thanked her co-stars, including Jacob (who was noticeably absent).
“Joel Courtney is in here somewhere. I want to thank Jacob too,” she said in her speech.
Break up or not, they seem to be on good terms at least.
