Joe Jonas is being sued by a woman, after a car crash left her with mental and physical harm.
However, Joe wasn’t even driving the car!
According to TMZ, Joe’s assistant was driving his 2012 Audi A6 in Hollywood in March, 2016, when she made a left turn in an intersection and hit the woman’s car. No police report was filed when it happened, and there were no witnesses, says layer Gerald Marcus.
The woman claims that she was “injured in the collision and has endured mental and physical pain, incurred medical expenses and lost earnings.”
Joe has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
