Kim Kardashian basically broke the internet when a Keeping Up With The Kardashians teaser revealed she wants a third baby.

Despite wanting to give North and Saint West a brother or sister, the reality star’s doctors are strongly advising against it since her first two pregnancies were high-risk. But now we know why the reality star is so keen on more kids and apparently it’s pretty predictable.
“Whenever things are going great with Kanye, Kim talks about having another baby,” a source spilled to People magazine, referring to Kimye’s rumoured marriage problems recently. The insider also reckons another pregnancy would make “a great storyline for the show.” Um, pretty sure Kim isn’t gonna risk her health to have another child just for the show! Rude much?!
“Everyone knows she had major medical complications during her other two pregnancies,” the source added. In the past, Kim has reportedly made it “very clear that she didn’t want to get pregnant again. She felt it’s not worth the risks. She has two amazing, gorgeous kids already and feels very lucky.”
“The plan now is not to have any more kids and Kim is okay with that,” an insider said after she gave birth to Saint. “Things can always change, but she and Kanye are totally happy with just North and Saint.”
Well, it sounds like things did change. Maybe she’s using a surrogate, who knows?! Either way, Kim needs to do what’s right for her and if she’s happy, we’re happy.
