There are some hardcore After stans out there who have been waiting a very long time for the Anna Todd fan fic to be made into a movie.
And now, we think progress is being made.
For a while, people were sure that Daniel Sharman would be playing the lead role of Hardin Scott (a guy who is modelled after Harry Styles – also a guy who Harry Styles himself would NOT approve of tbh).
However, after a while, Daniel didn’t accept the role, and backup Gregg Sulkin seems to have now taken it.
While fans were sure Gregg would be playing Landon (Liam Payne’s fan-fic equivalent), he’s been posting some clues online that hint to him now being Anna Todd’s leading man.
We’re calling it now tbh.
While we’re totally here for a 1D fan-fic being made into a movie (any other than this one), many people have criticised After for glorifying toxic relationships, and even domestic abuse.
Basically, the main character couldn’t be any more different to Harry Styles, which is why a lot of Harry stans are annoyed.
However, there is still a huge fanbase for the movie, who we’re sure will be more than happy to accept Gregg as their Hardin.
We guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
