Once upon a time, Niall Horan used to date pop singer Ellie Goulding whom mind you is already reportedly engaged to art dealer Caspar Jopling.
Fans now are speculating the pair are back together after he dropped a comment on her latest Instagram video.

In the clip, the “Hate Me” singer takes part in current celeb craze “the bottle cap challenge” where she spin kicks a bottle cap.
The former One Direction member responded: “@Ellie goulding Thank god you didn’t nominate me , I’d put the bottle through that window Hahahah”
Since then fans have gone into a frenzy.
Ellie even saw his comment and responded back “@niallhoran I would have but it’s already way too much of a sausage fest 😂😂😂”
Sorry to burst anyone’s bubble but the two are JUST friends as Ellie is already ENGAGED (as mentioned above).
The 32-year-old told Seventeen in 2016 that they “we’re still friends” and said she and Horan “went on a few dates, and it was really fun.”
“He’s a really, really lovely guy. He’s got the biggest sense of humor, he’s very caring, and I see him as a genuine friend in the industry” said the “Love Me Like You Do” singer.
Their romance apparently inspired Ed Sheeran’s 2014 hit song “Don’t” where it was speculated that he accused Ellie of cheating on him with Niall.
The “I Don’t Care” singer although denied these claims.
