Love Island Australia season two is finally here!
The premiere last night delivered in SPADES. Here’s what you missed.

First up were the girls… most specifically controversial Vanessa Sierra, Rhyce Power’s ex-girlfriend.
Vanessa made it very clear from the get-go that she is here for here to find her perfect man.
“I’ll go for the guy that I want even if someone else is interested,” she said to the camera.
19-year-old Cartier Surjan instantly cemented herself as the ‘good girl’.
“I’m in love with Jesus,” she said, instantly reminding fans of the controversial promo showing the girl with cross-necklace.
Shortly after, Cynthia Taylu, Jessie Wynter and Cassie Lansdell joined the other girls with host Sophie Monk.
Now, for the boys… and more importantly, the coupling up.

As expected, the drama escalated as soon as they were allowed to interact with one another. The first bit of drama occurred when Vanessa was chosen by THREE boys.
She wasn’t into Adam Farrugia because she didn’t want a “bad boy” (we guess Rhyce Power was enough for her).
Sam Withers then walked in, and Vanessa was very interested in him.
“I just felt something there. He’s by the books my type,” she told Sophie.
Bye Adam! Unlucky for Sam, Matthew Zukowski then walked in, sweeping her off her feet.
“I like the look of Vanessa. Sorry, bro,” Matthew told Sam.
Vanessa was very stressed about the whole situation.
“I’m a bit overwhelmed to be honest. Very flattering. They are both very hot. It’s an emotional roller-coaster.”
While we’ve met the initial contestants for the show, we should expect to see many more. In fact, they’re still looking for hotties to join the island.
