Chris Brown is free to leave France, as he has been released from police custody after his arrest on suspected rape.
Brown, and two other men, including his own bodyguard, were arrested in Paris on Monday after a 24-year-old girl made an allegation of rape. Now, he’s been given the clear to return to the US, however, the investigation will continue.
The prosecutor’s office told TMZ: “The investigations, which are not closed at this stage, will continue under the authority of the Paris prosecutor’s office.”
The two other men who were arrested have also been released.
After being released, Brown took to his own Instagram account to address the allegations.
“THIS B!TCH LYIN'” the photo read.
“I WANNA MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR…… THIS IS FALSE AND A WHOLE LOT OF CAP! NNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEERRRRRR!!!!!! FOR MY DAUGHTER AND MY FAMILY THIS IS SO DISPRESPECTFUL AND IS AGAINST MY CHARACTER AND MORALS!!!!!” He wrote in the caption.

Chris Brown has been arrested in Paris on suspicion of rape, CNN reports.
A source within the French authorities said Chris, along with two others, were being held in police custody after a woman accused the singer of aggravated rape.
French magazine Closer published an interview with the woman, who has claimed that the sexual assault lasted 25-30 minutes in Brown’s hotel room on January 16.
She explains how she went back to his room at the Mandarin Oriental, along with a bunch of other people at around 4 am after they’d been out together.
The woman detailed how the atmosphere in the room was chaotic, with drugs being openly used and everyone having to hand their mobile phones over to a security guard outside the suite before entering.
“At one point, I went to the bathroom. Chris Brown followed me and took me by the right arm. He made me enter a sort of dressing room. He closed the door,” she said.
“Once it was over, he opened the door. I told him that I wanted to pick up my cell phone and go home. Chris Brown went to see one of his friends. I thought this person was going to accompany me to the bodyguard for my cell phone, but that’s not what he did.”
She then explained how she was assaulted by his bodyguard with other men present in the room.
Chris was detained Monday and is still in custody while police investigate the report.
