20-year-old Bella recently spoke about the training regime she follows with older sister Gigi and their trainer Rob Piela.

“When I work out I love to work out. I train, and I work out hard for two hours,” she told E! News at the Nike Cortex launch event last week.

“I don’t like to do the whole yoga thing. I think yoga is calming and it’s amazing, but if I am going to go for it, I am going to go hard,” she said.

“I love doing abs and ass, and getting my blood pumping,” Bella previously told Vogue UK. “Running around keeps most of my body in check but I eat really badly when I’m travelling because I can’t help myself,” she added, “It’s my comfort.”

The self-confessed pizza obsessed model also admits that she struggles with motivation, just like the rest of us.

“I wouldn’t say I get out of bed and I am like, ‘I am going to go work out!’ but when I get to the gym—rock and roll.”
