Somehow, YouTuber Jake Paul has managed to not do any dumb sh*t, for like, weeksโฆ
However, thatโs come to an end.
While he technically didnโt do this current idiocy recently, heโs having to pay for some past crimes.
According to TMZ, Jake is being sued by Cobra Acquisitions, LLC for trashing the house he rented from the company from May 2016 to December 2017.
Jake paid $17,495 monthly and even paid a $40,000 security deposit to live with his Team 10 members in the L.A.
The company now claims that Jake, โleft the place in ruinsโ and also moved out without repairing things, like broken cabinets, burns in the pool and dead landscaping.
WHAT a surprise.
Jake also didnโt mention to the estate that he was a famous YouTuber when he moved in, but it obviously became apparent after the โfire department [was] called out a number of times while he lived there, and that social media stars would constantly be at the crib โฆ leaving neighbours pissed and complaining,โ says the site.
The neighbours actually hated him. And honestly, weโd be the same. They threatened to file a public nuisance lawsuit against him for disrupting the peace.
โWe used to be a really nice, quiet street,โ one person explained to KTLA 5 News, โand now weโre just, like, this war zoneโฆ Weโre families here and weโre more than happy to have them live here if theyโre respectful of their neighbours, but theyโre not.โ
Another one of his old neighbours explained that an elderly woman almost died after they set alight things in their backyard.
โThe neighbor next door [is probably] the one who has probably been through the most and suffered the most,โ the man said. โSheโฆnearly died from smoke inhalation from the fire. For some strange reason they get their kicks off on doing sh*t to an old lady.โ
WHAT A MESS.
