The 15-year-old Norwegian vlogger shared the news with her subscribers via her YouTube channel.
“I found out that I was transgender when I was eight or nine," she revealed.
"That was when I first knew it was possible to be transgender. I saw this documentary about these people being transgender and I was like, ‘Huh?!’ That was how it all started and how my process started.”
After watching the documentary, Emma came out to her mother in a message.
“I’ve been very lucky because I’ve always had very great friends and very supportive family and people around me," she added.
She also revealed that she will start taking hormones in a couple of months and until then she will be taking medicine to stop male puberty from happening.
